An adorable sketch for a page from Don Freeman’s Corduroy. It is housed in the Children’s Literature Research Archives at the University of Minnesota. It’s neat to be able to see what goes into putting together a children’s book.

Can I just say how much I’m in awe of this collection? Because really, I’m in awe. I kind of want to take a trip to the University of Minnesota just to see this.
